We are seeking a few talented and experienced WordPress Plugin Developers to join our dynamic team at Techearty for ShapedPlugin LLC. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a proven track record of developing robust and scalable WordPress plugins. As a WordPress Plugin Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products, working collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals.

👉 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop high-quality, secure, and scalable WordPress and WooCommerce plugins from scratch
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code using best practices
• Developing custom Gutenberg Blocks
• Fix bugs and resolve plugin-related issues reported by users
• Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress development trends and technologies
• Collaborate with GIT for version control

👉 KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ Years of experience as a WordPress Plugin Developer
• Strong PHP, JavaScript, React, CSS & SQL knowledge
• Excellent understanding of OOP, Namespace, Traits & Design Patterns
• Strong understanding of WordPress core architecture and database structures.
• WordPress application security audit & performance optimization skills and UX understanding
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

👉 NICE TO HAVE:

• WP-CLI experience.
• Familiar with tools like PHPCS, ESLint, etc.
• Package Manager like composer, npm, etc.
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.

• Salary range: Up to BDT 70k (Negotiable).

• Workplace: Brahmanbaria (Swiss City, Kawtoli)
• This position does not offer remote work options; it is an on-site job.
