As a Technical Content Writer, you’ll create the blog posts, tutorials, documentation, and copy that help 400,000+ users get the most out of our WordPress plugins. You’ll work close to the founders and product team, test our plugins hands-on so everything you publish is accurate, and write content that’s clear, trustworthy, and search-ready. You focus on the craft of writing. Strategy, analytics, and campaigns sit with our growth team, who set the topics and priorities you’ll bring to life.
What You’ll Do
- Write clear, well-structured blog posts, tutorials, and how-to guides for our plugins.
- Set up and use our plugins on local/staging sites so your writing is accurate and easy to follow.
- Write and maintain product documentation and help-desk articles.
- Write product-page and marketing copy from the positioning the marketing team sets.
- Write social media posts and short-form content.
- Apply SEO and AEO/GEO best practices as you write, following the topic and keyword direction set with the marketing team, so content is clear, scannable, and easy for search and AI answer engines to cite.
- Use AI tools to draft and research faster, then fact-check and edit so every piece is accurate, original, and on-brand. AI assists; you own the quality.
What You’ll Bring
Must-have
- 1-2 years of content writing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or WordPress.
- Strong written English, and the ability to shift tone across tutorials, marketing, and social.
- Hands-on WordPress knowledge: installing/configuring themes and plugins, local/staging setup, and basic WooCommerce.
- Comfort with both short-form and long-form content.
- SEO fundamentals: search intent, keyword research, topical structure, and on-page basics.
- Practical experience using AI writing tools, with the judgment to catch where they get things wrong.
- Reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
Preferred
- Awareness of AEO/GEO and E-E-A-T, so your writing gets cited in AI answers, not just ranked.
- Experience writing software or plugin documentation.
- Basic HTML or familiarity with the WordPress block editor.
- A published portfolio or blog.
We value capability over credentials. A relevant degree is welcome but not required if your experience speaks for itself.

💎 SALARY: Salary range: 25,000-45,000 BDT/Month (Depending on skills and experience).
📍 JOB LOCATION: On-site, at Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka.
