As a Product Marketing & Growth Executive, you’ll drive measurable growth for our WordPress plugins by planning and running campaigns, growing organic visibility, generating leads, and improving conversions. You’ll own how our products get discovered, understood, and adopted worldwide, backed by data and smart use of AI. You set the strategy and own the numbers; our content writers produce the content you brief.
What You’ll Do
- Research the market and target audience, then plan and run campaigns that promote our plugins and drive qualified traffic.
- Grow organic visibility across search engines and AI answer engines (SEO and AEO/GEO).
- Turn plugin features into clear positioning and messaging, and brief the content that brings it to life across landing pages, blogs, and social.
- Optimize conversion funnels by running A/B tests, fixing friction points, and scaling what works.
- Track performance (Google Analytics, Search Console) and turn data into clear recommendations.
- Support product and feature launches from strategy through execution.
- Apply AI-assisted workflows to speed up research and analysis, with the judgment to verify output and protect brand quality.
What You’ll Bring
Must-have
- 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with measurable results.
- Strong grasp of content marketing, SEO, and performance marketing.
- Analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data to drive decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Practical experience using AI tools, with the discipline to verify output.
Preferred
- Experience with SaaS, WordPress, Gutenberg, or WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, or RankMath, and AEO/GEO practices.
- Exposure to email/lifecycle marketing, CRO, or paid ads (Google/Meta).

- Fluent in written and spoken English, and a clear communicator.
- Data-driven, analytical, and a strong problem-solver.
- Proactive, independent, and quick to learn new tools.
We value capability over credentials. A relevant degree is welcome but not required if your experience speaks for itself.

⏰ WORKING DAYS: Weekly, 5 days.
💎 SALARY: Salary range: 30,000-60,000 BDT/Month (Depending on skills and experience).
📍 JOB LOCATION: On-site, at Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka.
