We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Intern Technical Support Engineer (WordPress) to join our dynamic team, ShapedPlugin, LLC. This role is perfect for someone passionate about WordPress, eager to learn, and looking to kickstart their career in technical support. You will work closely with our support and development teams to ensure our users have a seamless experience with our WordPress and WooCommerce plugins.

👉 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer queries via HelpScout, live chat, and support forums.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our WordPress plugins.
• Provide guidance to users on plugin installation, configuration, and usage.
• Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.
• Learn and understand our plugins in-depth, including their features and functionalities.
• Assist in testing new plugin features and updates.

👉 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of WordPress and its core functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS(Advanced), JS, and Basic PHP.
• Ability to clearly and concisely explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• A passion for helping our customers, free plugin users, and providing excellent customer service.

• Salary range: up to BDT 20,000 (depending on skill & knowledge).

• This position does not offer remote work options; it is an on-site job.
